In your smartcast section, it might be a good idea to add this:

If you want to be able to see the skill range indicators, but don't want the extra click, just press Esc while in-game, click More Options, and tick the Smartcast Range Indicators box. This will allow for you to see the skill range indicators if you hold down the key, but when you let go, it will fire the skill, instead of having to press, then click.
