Just so you guys know, I do not play at level thirty this is a build for lower levels, so the runes may look silly to you and so may the Masteries, but it won't let me post until I make it level thirty appropriate

This build is meant to make fortune start hitting hard early and keep her alive through attack speed and life steal. Granted she doesn't start hitting too hard until the black cleaver but she stays alive for quite a bit if played well, hit and runs are the way to play this build.

Let's start off:
Early Game: Buy boots of speed first, the extra bit of speed may not seem like a great thing at first especially since fortune is so fast already, but that little bit of speed may help when coupled with the slow from LIR to help with early ganks.

As soon as you have enough money start building Executioner's Calling, this will help you crit easier and steal life which is essential with this build.

After you've done this you have two options you can go either Malady or Boots of Swiftness. If you're finding it hard to stay alive go with Malady, if you're finding it hard to hit and run buy boots, that's my easy way to decide what to go for.

Once those items are done go with Zeal, it bumps your attack and movement speed up and will help your crit rate once more.

After that go with the Black Cleaver for added damage and to damage their armor. It really helps once you have this as you start to really do damage and keep fortune alive even longer as you're stealing more health per shot.

After this you have a few directions you can go, but normally the game ends here for me so I don't know how this will fare for you.

Bloodthirster: Adds more damage and life steal, great option if you're still not hitting hard enough.

Hextech Gunblade: This has spell vamp, and life steal, both great for keeping fortune alive longer. It also has increased attack damage and an add to her ability power, both great for extra damage, better than bloodthirster in my opinion if you have the time and cash, do this.

Infinity Edge: Increases the crit limit and adds damage, great added on top of what we already have for crit chance, if you really want to add on some more crit here you go. Great option, for me it's up in the air between the Hextech and this.

Closing:
I know I didn't go into the stages of game play, but then again that's up for you to determine on your own. I don't really play her any differently in early than I do in mid or late, I continue to hit and run, use ghost if I absolutely need to get away or gank and then use tele to be where I am needed the most.

Have fun, good luck
