-1. Good catch by I am Lord and Master on the bad masteries.

This build has two very serious problems: you will get pwned by magic damage and you will get pwned by CC. Berserker's Greaves and attack speed blues are bad because the majority of your damage doesn't come from autoattacks.

The star of your build, Iceborn Gauntlet, is **** on Vi. It costs too much, gives useless AP, and doesn't give AD. The spellblade passive is also iffy at best.

Frozen Mallet and Iceborn Gauntlet's slows don't stack because they both posses the passive "icy", even if it is hidden behind the spellblade passive. Simply a waste of an item slot.

Got 0% crit chance? Cool, going to use Lethality and Frenzy to waste three mastery points!
