Be a Man
I mean that as in you should play Be a Man from the Mulan soundtrack on loop whenever you play this monster for extra inspiration. Kled is so fun because of his full force, kid stomping, Harambe style of play. Every champ you slaughter gets Harambe an extra banana in heaven.

-Tough early laning phase vs ranged
-Doesn't have two Skaarls
-Can't ever get the Deca-kill he deserves
Make sure you get 20% cdr in your runes so that you have 40% with just the Black Cleaver. It let's you have a 40 sec ult timer which is when you are most dangerous and can also most effectively pressure lanes while still being able to help your team should a fight arise.
Warlord's is your go to. It makes a world of difference for being able to get back on Skaarl during laning phase, and being able to trade then heal during your pretty atrocious laning phase pre-6. You can go runic armor if you'd like to in defense tree but the 50 hp always helped me get through lvl 1-5 better, which is where Kled needs all the help he can get.
If you have this you will be a monstroucious man-bear-pig capable of un-mitigated slaughter. You will be a beacon of murder who's pure force of destruction will make player's you kill burst into flame irl.
Max Q, great burst and your only spam-able harass. W next for lowered cd on your burst, and e last because it's only good for the mobility, the dmg is not impressive.
I usually go flash teleport, but exhaust, ignite, and barrier are viable options as well. Exhaust and Barrier are really effective because you can use them to get back on Skaarl much easier.
