So back before triforce got changed and Hecarim became god I got him and was struggling to decide what to build on him. So i saw his passive and said damn how underwhelming but i think i can make something of it. So i said to my self what gives movement speed, and here we are ladies and gents and my discovery. Now I'll just say right now triforce tank Heacrim is better than this build its more consistent and your dps doesn't suffer too much.
