Galio: He is probably one of the most useful champions in the game. He has an amazing slow that deals a ton of damage, a great shield that can save many of your team members, and his E can speed up your team to catch enemy players to score an ace, or it can help your team get out of a team battle that went bad. His ult is probably the best thing about him, it taunts every enemy that is around Galio at the time and that allows his team to deal massive damage while receiving none back. Mark of Insight: Probably one of the best runes in the game for most AP champions. This helps Galios ult put out a lot more damage and increases the damage output of Galios Q.

Seal of Replenishment: Galio is one of the best farmers in the game and the more mana he has the more he can stay in lane and farm for his items.

Glyph of Focus: This one may come as a suprise to you, in most builds I see the player does not use this, mainly because it is a super expensive rune. Although for Galio it increases the harassment you can put out to enemy Champions, and gives your ult a shorter cooldown, which I find to be OP.
