All the builds I've seen for galio focus on magic resistance, which I agree, makes him a well rounded tank, but his ult just seemed too good to lay waste. And so, I've come up with this build. Usually it results in low kills/deaths, and tons of assists. As the taunt master, your job is to ghost/flash in to their base, turret diving if necessary, and grabbing all their attention while your team flows in to pick off straglers and such. So far it has worked well for me. I'll sometimes shoot for a Rylai's Scepter instead of the second cloak.

The way I usually go is throw in a tornado towards the enemy, run in, shield up, flash between their champs, or use ghost to get in between them quickly, Then drop your ult. Once they are done being taunted (Should do anywhere from 30%-75% depending on health/attackspeed) Most people will spam their mouse in an attempt to get away. use this as an advantage. Lead them with your smite or gust through them to catch up, and continue beating them down. Let your team know when you're about to strike by marking the squishiest target, or turret that you want killed. Hopefully your team won't be full of babies who stand around ready to run at the first sign of enemy advancement.

This build works great if you have a supportive team, but don't expect to 1 man the entire other team, unless you are just that crazy. Hope you like it! Let me know what you think.
