Runes are stupid. -1
Are you stating that runes, as a general rule, are stupid or that his rune choices are stupid, if it's the latter, I hope you downvoted the top-ranked galio guide too. Same runes.
Personally, I'm going for:
MReg/5 P/L seals
MPen Marks
Flat MR Glyphs
GP/10 Quints
But I use Galio as a tanky support. I'd probably go for AP Quints too for mid or solotop.
Anyway, it's a good guide - very in-depth. Looking forward to it's completion.
