I tried out your build, and it works perfectly for me! Had some problems in the start but I guess you just have to get used to the build!

get rid of frozen heart itll hurt you even though itll help your CDR then make sure you get more resistances before warmogs, and also Force of Nature will give you more help against heavy AP teams than Guardian angel. then if you need more Armor randuins works well because the active almost covers your ult which will slow the attack speed and movement of anyone trying to escape after. +it gives HP which galio needs to be tanky
