hmmm sheen? why sheen? explain that plz. thanks. and yes a gangplank that has clarity i love it. I love takeing it cause u can farm gold with parrley. And why not get RM up it has a nice lil passive. And what would u turn sheen into? Lich bane cause same unique passive? and for the mana and ability power for heal? and movement?
The Reason i chose sheen is because your Parley activates it. Literally as you click the spell it activates sheen then when the spell hits your target the sheen bonus hits them aswell.
