That depends on your playing style. And a secound phantom dancer is necessary because it also give u more attack speed.

100% crit strike for gankplank is totally un-necessary. It is much better to replace a phantom dancer with last whisper so as to hit through most of the armor people get, as well as being able to dish out much more damage. In addition it is important for life steal much sooner than listed here.
