Introduction
-Ask yourself "How much health do I have?"
-Ask yourself "How much health does he have?"
-Ask yourself "Do i have enough mana?"
-Ask yourself "How much mana does he have?"
-Ask yourself "Can he counter/run from my gank?"
-(If you are ganking a more tanky champion like Singed) Ask yourself "Do I need help?"
Certain Champions like Kassadin, Twisted Fate and Shen can teleport at will. Silencing them or killing them before they teleport will work. Some champions like Morgana, Orianna Blitzcrank and Rumble have shields and can block your primary attacks with ease. It is better to gank with a teammate with a slow or stun when facing shielded foes. Another thing to look out for when ganking is those pesky stealthers. Examples of which are Twitch, Evelyn, Talon and Shaco. As they can scout the brush for you, they can also escape stealthed. A quick solution to this is using Oracles or Wards. If you are rushing a build and dont have time for Oracles or Wards, you can always harrass until they fall dead on their tracks,
Who are you ganking? If you thought of ganking a full health level: 6 Tryndamere then you better spam your ping. Some people say asking help is somewhat of a "girly" thing to do, but it's not. Asking help in ganking is beneficial both for you and the champion that helped you.
