First of all 4AP doesn't affect your abilities much. 2nd of all, I would go for a more support and sustainable mastery build with a 0/9/21 , as this allows you to get 6% cdr, helps sustain mana, while you are a support, still provide you with some exp, while getting a fair amount of defence from your defence tree. While you may think that the 21th point isn't useful, which I have to agree to a certain extent, but I believe it will still be a great addition for support taric.
