Hi, thanks for the comment. You definitely got me thinking. When they changed the utility masteries, I never really adjusted. You're right that meditation is good, 3 points gives great mana regen when you're empty (like 6 mp/5 at lvl1 with 400-ish mana). That's on top of all the other mana regen I built. I'll have to get that.

Where to take the points from is a challenge. You can definitely pull a point from Scout or Phasewalker. I'd be hesitant to take points from arcane mastery or mental force. Often there are fights where I save players with just a smidgen of health. I think it's beneficial to optimize AP once you're CDR-capped.

For the last two points, I would choose inspiration. I've turned that one on and off a few times. I DO get behind in levels, but I can't really feel it helping me catch up. Maybe it's invisibly helping and a mistake to remove, but I would take the two points from here.

You can put points into Strength of Spirit to help sustain. There's definitely a point in phasewalker/scount that you can easily take (and can't use it on meditation because you need 8 points in the first two levels). I've mentally committed that I have to land starcall to sustain. Having a little more hp/5 will only help a little. Even with ancient coin/nomad's, you can't just stand around and regen health. I get a little burst of excitement when I tag both lane opponents with a starcall (my duo partner is familiar with my little "whoop" over skype).

I also take homeguard to manage health. I'm typically empty at the end of fights, so I recall a lot. Homeguard gets me in and out. I took tp for a while, but it's not as valuable as heal/flash.

I never take runic affinity because I basically never have a buff. I probably SHOULD take blue, but haven't.

I really like your guide as it focus on tactics rather than paragraphs after paragraphs of item and skill description. One question I do have regarding Masteries - how about 4/0/26 and take Meditation instead of 9/0/21? The 4 points in Mental Force and Arcane Mastery only yield 8 AP when you dragon fight at level 2, meaning 3 to 6 hp per Infusion, whereas 1 extra Infusion is already 110 + 40$ AP (from qunits at that moment). The remaining 2 points could go to Strength of Spirit for some self sustain and Runic Affinity in case friendly jungler share blue buff (imagine you have blue buff when doing level 2 dragon).
