Armor Pen Trumps damage any day. Especially with this games Armor to Damage Reduction Ratios. And as for my record, it speaks for itself. I don't have to make up KDR's to sound impressive. 28/1 is more than possible. Just because you can't achieve that score, doesn't mean others cannot.

average 28/1? lol and when u have a bad day and do 12/2 u fix it with a 70/1 next time right? keep dreaming. Apart from that you should add more information as for example the buying order of the items you suggested. You got to be kidding me if u buy bloodthrister the last, that means until you get it you only get +75 attack from the rest of items. And not upgrading heartseeker until last? I can hardly believe you achieve even 1/5 of the stats you mention in a proper elo.
