Rod of Ages is a horrible item on Heimerdinger.
The base stats and passive effect may seem nice, but it gives doesn't help Heimerdinger function better.
It doesn't add to him, it just makes him a slightly more impressive squishy.
Your skill-squence is abominable.
I won't bash you for maxing turrets, but you entirely abandon your Grenade, and raise your Ultimate far too late.
