Hello, My name is Goddess Soraka! I'm an NA Soraka OTP with over 2 million mastery points! Currently, I'm only plat but I'm working hard every day to one day hit diamond!
I've been playing Soraka since I first start around 2015. Even though I'm not that high a rank I still think I have a lot a valuable knowledge I can pass down to you! I'll try my best to share with you what's going in my head and explain why I pick the items and runes I do! Now sit back relax and let me guide you!

Since the new runes came out there have never been "the right" runes to put on Soraka I feel. There are many different rune combinations you can do but Ithe good old Sorcery Resolve.

When you pick Sorcery, go ahead a pick Aery. This will give you a little bit of damage and some sick shields to but on your fellow allies. After that, you will probably want to grab the Manaflow band because having mana is nice. Next, I guess Celerity would best. Idk really all of the choices are not amazing. Finally, grab Scorch just to give that tiny bit of extra damage.

Now we can move onto the secondary runes. Once you pick Resolve, grab Bone Plating. This will help you be a little less squishy and allow you to make better trades. Lastly, take Revitalize because this rune was literally made for Soroka.

So honestly there are a hundred different ways you could build Soraka. I personally like starting off with Athene's Unholy Grail for my first item. Why? Because I like it that's why. It gives you that extra damage early and heals your team a **** ton. I don't really see a reason not to see you get this item somewhere in your build.

Next, I would recommend getting Redemption. It's got mana regen, health regen, and cooldown reduction it's the whole package.

After that, it's really up to you on what items to get. Ardent Censer if your team could use attack speed and that bit of extra damage. Locket to give your team that extra bit of protection and give you a little bit less squishy. Shyrelya's to go zoom. Mikael's if they have the cc. Zhonya's if the fed Zed likes giving you hugs. It's really up to you!

Oh wow, I don't know how you managed to read this horrible guide. There are so many more interesting and probably a lot better to read. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed it and maybe it helped somehow.
