Sapphire Crystal Refillable Potion
The Sapphire Crystal allows you to get Tear of the Goddess first back.
If given the choice of 3 Health Potion or Refillable Potion i will always take the Refillable Potion
I don't really do it, but if you have the gold and normal build them get a Hunter's Potion or a Corrupting Potion

1st base
Tear of the Goddess is essential for this build. It will allow you to be able to spam your moves not only at the enemy champions, but at the minions to and almost never miss out on CS. After you get the Tear of the Goddess you wont need to upgrade to the Manamune until about 700/750 charge. Make sure to pay attention to your charge when you are about to spend a big chunk of gold because the manamun will add plenty of damage for a small amount of gold.

40% CDR is the other key part of this build allow you to spam your moves faster and harder.
2nd base
After you get the Tear of the Goddess the next items depends how well you are doing in lane, also how much gold you have. The next item if you are winning by a lot will be the Caulfield's Warhammer (1100) if you are losing lane or/and need to be able to dodge champion ability's and still want CDR is Ionian Boots of Lucidity (900)
3rd base
This base can be the most key point of the game for you, if you are still winning lane buy the Phage (1250) if you have (2000) pick up Black Cleaver if you are still struggling a little bit pick up the Ionian Boots of Lucidity (900) or if you already have those get the Caulfield's Warhammer (1100) no matter what choice you make
you will have 20% CDR after this.
4th base
Now it's time to finish off your 40% CDR witch will be done with the Caulfield's Warhammer witch will be built into a Youmuu's Ghostblade and if you haven't picked them up already Ionian Boots of Lucidity and if you dont have enough gold get Boots

5th base
However i tend to build the same thing every time. If you are losing health to quick and can safely auto attack against the enemy pick up a Vampiric Scepter (900) if they have OP CC you need to pickup a Quicksilver Sash (1300) if you are just destroying and want to add a heavy amount of damage pick up a Last Whisper (1300)
6th base
This should be where you are finishing up your build and you need to decided what you want to do there are a few choices
- Finish up Mercurial Scimitar (3600)
-Build against tanks Lord Dominik's Regards (2700)
-Against more damaging champs or big healers Mortal Reminder (2700)
The build i like to choose is the Quicksilver Sash and the Last Whisper because you get the last whispers Armour pen and the Quicksilver Sash's active for a total of (2600)

This Varus build has amazing sieging power and you should should never lose your turrets because with a simple Q E should almost clear the wave at level 10 and with the Tear of the Goddess you almost never have to base because of OOM
Need a quick get away? Ult and toss an E right behind you Flash away if you need to and Q them once you are at a safe distance to help fight or snipe low health enemies
Want to be an assassin? hit a squishy with 2-3 basic attacks to stack your W Flash Ult in and hit them with a Q and send out an E behind them in case they Flash away or lead in with it before you Flash
Not a problem with Varus you can get the melee minion with your Q after it takes a few hits from your minions. with a fully charged Q and an E you can usually kill the mage minions. and the melee minions you will be able to last hit.
