I've been trying Taric for a couple of weeks now, found him really boring to play untill I thought of this build. This is super fun to play, enemy won't have a chance!

So what does this build do?:
40% Cooldown Reduction, high attack speed, -armor and -magic resists on enemy, and huge ability power!

Pro's:
Almost impossible to kill because of self heal and stun.
Great team supporter ( probably best in the game ( damage boost + armor boost + heal + armor shredding + stun + 50% slow )).
Great tank. ( self heal + resistances = tank, no need for huge hp )
Huge damage, both melee attacks and spells.
Great 1v1 fighter, enemy will have to deal ALOT of damage to break your selfheal.
VERY strong lategame.


Con's
Needs last hits at start.
Needs to be fighting on the frontline like any melee char.
Hard to heal and deal damage at the same time ( multitasking ).
Needs bluebuff to be really effective.
Weak early game.


What does the cdr and attack speed mean?:
Heal with 40% cdr and attack speed of 2/second:
16 seconds - 40% cdr = 9.6 seconds cooldown.
9.6 - 4/second = cd of 2.4!

Also you'll stun for 2 sec every 6 seconds, this disables the enemy for 33% ( not counting tenacity ).


Why Hextech Gunblade?!:
This is a great item for this build, you need everything it provides, the lifesteal and spell vamp are absolutely awesome as well and will make you almost impossible to kill togather with your selfheal. I've had 5 enemies bashing on me with me killing them all one by one because they couldnt outdamage my healing power. Use the slow after your stun is over, when the slow is over you can stun again.
