This is my second guide for Gragas: The Rabble Rouser.

In-game and Farming
In the game u should take solo top lane if u have a jungler.
You can last hit creeps with your barrel which has a high range.
also u got with lvl 2 your Drunken Rage which allows u to spamm your barrel more often.
with lvl 6 and the jungler in the brush it is easy to gank an enemy.
You hit him back and slow him.
The jungler and ur barrels and autoattacks will do the rest.
For Runes i take
Magic penetration marks
Mana regen. seals
Magic Resistance per lvl Glyphs
Ability power per level Quintessences
with your Ultimate on lvl 3, and blue buff it allows you to spamm your ultimate more often.
So, the teamwork isnt really that hard.
You pop ur Ultimate behind the enemy (best 1 or 2 not the whole enemy team).
then You and your mates do the rest and kill the enemys.
Pros / Cons
-good solo laner
even if u had bad earlygame
-runaway ability (E)
-earlygame might be pretty hard
-not high Movement speed
-only Skillshots (bad for ppl. who cant skill shots
I take Clarity and Flash.
Flash: because of the reason that when u have low life and some enemys are around you, you can flash out and cast ur (E) runaway ability.
It is also possible to go with ghost and clarity but i prefer with flash.
Clarity: because of the low mana/manareg. it is important to have something to get the mana back, in early game more important than in late, but in late it is also important.
Exhaust: hmmmm.... you can take it but with your (E) you slow him done enough. Not so important.
Heal: you will never need heal if u play right :P
Revive: useless spell for players over lvl 2
Smite: you arent jungling, are you?
Teleport: i wont take teleport, you can move fast enough with your (E)
Cleanse: You can hit enemys back with your Ultimate and can run away with Your(E) and flash away with flash. You wont need that
Fortify: good for tanks, if you play him as tank.
Ignite: possible to take ,what you prefer.
Rally: useless for AP heroes
Clairvoyance: its for Supporter not Carry
best: Solo Top, only last hits, no push.
Magic Penetration: youre AP, you need that
Manareg.: you have low mana with low manareg. So, i prefer manareg to get the mana back.
magic resistance: You are melee offtank. With this rune you dont need to buy MR ingame and play better offtank.
Ability Power per lvl.: you have to gain some AP if you havnt got the money for items
you only need to place your Ultimate right and slow the enemys, also to do much dmg, that musnt be that hard :P
