Now, this build focuses on permanently slowing an enemy team, which works well for not letting them focus your carries, and having a VERY large impact on battles. This perma-slow build was thought up by me, because I did a game with a talon, and we won a 2v5 team battle because they could never reach him, and the extra damage he dished out help a lot. I do not have this game recorded, and my roommates computer lacks a working print screen button, so I do not have the stats for it. However, it did go 34/2/22. The two deaths were from tanking turret for talon to get kills without taking turret aggro, and deciding to beat up the turrets while I was at it.

I was thinking of doing this build on Leona, but her abilities, I find, are a little harder to land properly. and Gragas's CDs are so much shorter, and he is tanky as hell, even without the Armor/MR Items necessary on most tanks. That, and his huge body will block out anyone other than a Jarvan, and a fed Cho. (Anyone see Cho at level one with a Jarvan? Jarvan can ride him like a ponny!) Now, for the mini guide!

Pros
-No matter what you do, enemies are slowed.
-Faster than most tanks. Fast tank + slow carry = One less carry for team fight.
-Tanky, and very reliable late game.
-Because of the slows, less people will escape. Ulting Yi? No problem! Throw an ulti, and knock him back to you.
-A large enough mana pool for most team-fights.
-Enhanced CDR for more barrels, more boom, and Booze. Which means, more health regeneration.

Cons
-Not as good an early game. Only get body slam if you are going for FB, and nothing more.
-Though the high armor and health is good, Madred's Bloodrazor and Malady will hurt you big time do to low MR.
-Spread focus means he is more of a support, but also has the ability to carry a game if fed properly
