How to Play Graves ADC
You will get bullied, no doubt about it. The key is to stay headstrong until you have a dirk, this item alone will turn the tides in your favor in terms of damage, since you have higher base ad you become a real threat. If the support or adc comes up to trade your bread and butter trade is auto>Q, this ensures you trade the auto damage then your q punishes them for following up or for not repositioning.

Once you have your dirk and a vamp sceptre your wave clear is very strong, use your q to clear waves and take that priority to ward around the bot side, this makes you nearly impossible to gank because even if you get tped on from top lane you can drop a smoke screen directly on the ward and they engage you fast enough before youre back under turret.

The majority of lane phase after the very early stages consists of nonstop shoving, warding, fighting for drag or harassing the enemy laners under turret. This will leave you with a hefty cs lead if done correctly, possibly dragons and kills from river skirmishes.
Mid Game
Until you finish your Infinity Edge a majority of your damage is still frontloaded onto your Q and R, use your dash to take complete control of areas and always be a constant threat to the enemy team when they try to rotate. Take enemy jungle camps, take turrets, take kills. Combining this with good vision set up will basically lock the enemy team into their base unless they 3-5 man everywhere they go.

Your main goal for the mid game is to finish your Infinity Edge, once you have this ending the game will be as easy and winning 1-2 teamfights.
Teamfighting
Your low range means you want to stay in between your mage and your frontline, you want to be the first engaging after your tanks in skirmishes, but the last in teamfights. Once the major cc spells have been cast or someones low its your time to shine, start with autos and when the aggro is on you hopefully theyll be grouped up enough to drop your bread and butter, Q and R. This will straight up kill squishies and make tanks so low that the teamfight becomes a cleanup. Dont forget that your low cd dash makes flanks super easy to achieve as you can weave in and out of choke points in the jg to catch other flankers or engage long range mages trying to poke your team.

Your main objective late game is to make sure waves are shoving since you have the best waveclear on the team a lot of times, then to survive the teamfights so you can take turrets. With this build you can take turrets very quickly so use that to your advantage, to split when you cant make it to a fight in time or to wipe out the outer base turrets when your team wins a teamfight.
