Before you disagree with what is written here, try the build, and see how well it works. i know it works from personal experience, and that i use this build every single game i play as twisted fate, and get amazing results. since he's a hybrid, you can depend on both his spells, and his regular attacks

This build focuses runes into ability power and magic penetration for the spell part of the hybrid, while the Masteries focuses on overall attacks, and quick leveling

First start off with getting boots of speed and a health potion for some early game harassment, and your potion to use and fall back on. Then get a hextech revolver for again early game harassment, and the ap increase. afterwards finish your hextech gunblade, which is a perfect ability and strength power increase, and it's active is useful for depleting health quickly, or the last hit that is necessary on an enemy, which they usually get away without it behind turrets. after that sheen is a good item for an ap increase, which then turns into lichbane, which will help increase ap and has an effect which is used to increase attack damage. After that, get frozen mallet to increase attack damage and health. also it's ability will help your team catch up to enemies by slowing them. Then get a thorn mail to sustain even longer against enemies, and even repel against them. Lastly get a phantom dancer to improve attack speed and movement for a quick and simple kill against enemies.

You first want to max out wild cards because that will be your main source of last hit damage, and against running enemy champions. Pick a card, you want to level at the same time as stacked deck, to even out between stuns and boosted damage. and lastly, always get destiny when you get the opportunity, because it helps get running champions, and uncovers map area to check for ganks and free areas

This can be anything basically, the one's listed are just my opinion

Pros:
* The Hybrid build allows you to play almost any way you like, except for jungling
* Mana dependent players won't have to worry about running out of mana easily, and give up on defense against enemies
* Improved survival and kill rate over games
* Overpowers most enemy champions by mid game
Cons:
* Can't jungle (Not that Twisted Fate is really played as a jungler)
* Dependent on harassment early game, or lane will likely fail
* Low health early game
