Ganks are little bit funny cuz you can for example gank your midder with half hp and you both will get heal and speed aswell, then just try to kill.

In late game you are AD offtank so try to engage with your q, ult then just kill someone. If your stunned you got qss so it's not a problem. You got a lot lifesteal so use it! When you are low just go away and wait for your Warmog start working.

This build got more potential if your playing vs more ap dmg than ad. If it is like that you can easy solo someone, cuz of your mr and lifesteal.
