Premise behind this build is speed and damage. Get in get out quick. Its similar to how many people play Ashe but with his Quickdraw + buckshot + Movement Quints you can get in and out quickly, when they get low enough you move in for the kill. This is a less defensive build but at this point his offense is so strong. Take advantage before the nerfs that will likely be incoming.
