Everything from health to damage & dodge, penetration, ability, armour, & movement: everything is addressed & heightened with this build. It's the most well rounded build that I've ever seen as yet.
As normal, you'll start with Dorian's Ring but if the game lasts long enough you'll dump it & buy the Sword of the Occult which will heighten your damage my over 100 bringing it to up to 254, if you follow this build. I painstakingly went thru all of the damage enhancers & the Sword of Occult increases ur damage more than any other. It's surprisingly inexpensive compared all of the other damage increasing items that give far less damage.
Keep with the Sorcerers boots, though they're not the fastest the are overall better 4 Morg but follow this build & speed won't be an issue it'll b 37582.272 & lvl 18.
You'll also keep the Rod of Ages, it's great for building health & mana & very cost effective b/c its compmonet part aren't that expensive.
Here's where we veer off the beaten path: you'll begin building trinity. It really adds more pwr & versatility, & just like the rod it's part aren't expensive to build up piece by piece.
Then buy the Nature of Force, it's parts are a bit more but its worth it bec. it keeps u balanced, adds more to what you already have & brings up those things you lack.
Lastly, dump Dorian's Ring for the Sword of the Occult.
My masteries list is very broad based based, covering offence, defence, & utility. In the end, I believe a balanced approach will win the day, minimize the # of times ur killed, & give u an edge with monsters & minions so you can plow through them more quickly to maximize your time. I know alot of people diagree but dodge is critical: whether ur fighting monsters or champions. It especially helps in 2 ways: 1. w/ the dragon 2. Say ur down to ur last bit of life so you run for it, that's most often when u'll dodge a champion, then u'll increase ur speed, hit ghost & get out of there, quick! I also increase gold, health & mana, & decrease the time ur dead, & damage from minions (helpful for those tracking a champion thru their turrent.)
Really for morg. it's a choice between choosing health & mana or cripple in ghost. While h & m can be useful at the beginning of the game, I find that after level 7 or so cripple & ghost are more useful tools for staying alive, it's much easier to ghost or cripple, get out of danger & teleport back rather than using the health spell which takes 20 seconds, & in that time you can have teleported, bought items, & be half way back. These summoner spells do make Morg a supporter at the beginning of the game but around level 6 she can take 1 on 1 & by 11, 1 on 2 when using her range properly & the increase u get in soul shakels @ lvl 11. By 18, she's a powerhouse who can move very quickly so if u play ur cards right, when u r surrounded by enemies you can run out & do a fair amnt of dmg while ur on the go.
My rune build isn't for mana, health, cooldown, or anything similar. My runes concentrate on attack speed, armour penetration, ctitical damage, & critical chance. Most gamers undervalue these things. Health, mana, regen, & ability power, are all things that can be built up in masteries or the items you purchase.
