Just tried this build out for the first time. 17-6-15 with some serious late-game domination. Thanks for making the guide.

Filling grids OP

Now remember that on the current meta support champs build more Damage (i.e. Annie) or Tank (i.e Leona) than they used on S3, so you can still use your passive (what if your against Annie supp and Tristana ADC? you need the mr). It would also be strong on 2v2 with Bulwark healing.

Also, who is Tarec? And what is the meter? :P

Propably support, but i think the recommendation would be to pick another champion for support role.

Bulwark is indeed an underestimated skill but you can't really rely on it's health gain because of the -20% conclusive heals and rather short duration and rather high mana cost. You are not able to heal your adc so you are more like a bait or opener and then trying to get the focus on you role. The sustain isn't enough till late game for compared champs with same roles like Tarec. Leaves your duties to slowing, shielding, baiting(from time to time), giving movement advantage.

I do c the positive sides, like his great ult, big harass, especially bottom lane and his great late game. But i think you just don't make enough use of your spells like Runic Skin because you are facing 95% Attack Damage and can't build so much MR as in other lanes. Also Bulwarks use isn't optimal, because most of the times it will be on your adc and you loose the AP boost.

So is it possible: yes
Is it smart in current meter: don't think so

..but maybe i make one to fill the grid ;P

Have you considered doing some Breaking the Meta chapter with Jungle (check Solwolf) or another build for support?
