really this is just to harras people and to have fun it does win alot but reallly u can find other ways to win with teemo he is op but this is probbaly the best way to harrass with some1 itz fun to harras u get people mad on the other team and they will do worse or surrender and teemo is good at it so have fun with this build i dont no wats up with the atack speed thing on the guide but u can only get to 2.5 attack speed

and this is good guide i type really fast and i needed to rush for this guide cuz i had to do stuff after this so dont comment bout my spelling i can spell but i just am bad at typing

u wanna buy as shown cuz the whole pint of the guide is to harass the team and try to throw them off balance cuz once u get enough phantom dnacers and u have atleast 3 move quick and poison u can just run around like hell attacking people and gettin away noone will catch u and ur atk speed will be off the roof and u will be teleporting around the stage killing peopel with ur atk speed and will blow up all turrets and get lots of kills and u wil be harrasing so much by killing and having noone touch u they will probably surrender quickly itz real fun doing this cuz if u die u go righht back to where u were and ur team will think that ur teemo champ ate toooooo much sugar and u will just be totally insane and will just destroy u might wanna buy as many phantom dancers as u can ull go fast hit fast and crit alot ull be really unstoppable u might throw in frozen mallet for slows and wits end or malady for increased poison but u need atleast 2 or 3 phantom dancers to harrass really ggood

u try to do ur toxic shot as much as u can its ur best attack and u need move quick and dancers to do quick damage and moving and noone will catch u u shouldnt really die exept early game cuz once u start rolling ull get a lot of aces and kills and assists itll be funny watching as people troll u cuz ur just running round kill in people with ur toxic shot and move quick u ll do damge good dont worry bout blinding dart its bot good this build cuz it wont do as much damage as auto attacks and to harrass more place mush rooms all over
