Your build choices I am skeptical about. I have interests in trying your jungle build but your damage top build is, to me, a no-no. If you are taking Solo Top then you are foolish to make an all damage build. More than 85% of Solo Top champs have filled the role of the Off-tank MetaGame. Hecarim is one that fits in that category and should be Offtank in the Solo Top lane. Since this is a new champion do not feel rushed to put out a guide. You have a nice looking one but once the voting starts you know damn well there will be tons of trolls ready to downvote this. Use this time to instead focus on making a greater detailed and better quality guide. You lack some details on gameplay and why you choose your items etc. Also I see that you used stuff from Jhoijohi (borders, pics, descriptions, etc). Second thing is that my solo-top build is more for fun, which is why it is 2nd. If you're playing a normal game and just want to go nuts it's really fun. I actually scored 17/3/14 so... It's not really that bad overall.
