The problem with that tet is that you need the philo stone for the early jungle and the items you swap out there have very different values.

Reverie is a very under rated item on Hec. The mana and hp regen on it allow him to give away blue and he can do anything except dragon without losing hp with just that item and rank 1 w. The best part of it is that it is a very very cheap item that gives a lot of CDR for the cost.

The active will also provide about 20 AD for the duration along with considerable ganking and team fighting initiation.

There is something you missed. Your cd reduction don't make it jump from 2.4 to 0.4 sec cos of buff. Every time cd go down by buff your cd reduction will recalculate and will take new cd as staring one. Following numbers 2.4 sec cd with no buff (4 sec base), 1.8 sec after 2nd hit (3 sec base) and 1.2 sec (2 sec base) from that point.

All you have for MR on your build is Merc Treds and a last built Maw that you'll never get to... and you have less CDR and less spellvamp/lifesteal than my build.
