Your masteries could use some work. It's also usually better to max your Grenade before your rockets, since it's better for farming and harass. Your item build also offers you no survivability and you'll be countered hard by any form of magic resist. An Abyssal Scepter is a must on Heimerdinger. Rylai's doesn't hurt either.
missiles are so much better than the grenade... more damage easier to target longer range. u obv dont have much experience as heimer..
