Posted and un-adjusted for the recent Tear of the Goddess change, as well as Heimerdinger's nerf.
This build rocks, I mean, truly rocks. It's even better than the most voted one.
Get's my +1, as I only get 1 or 2 deaths per game and with nades doing 750+ dmg and rockets doing 650+ dmg, I usually get to make doubles or triples while supporting my team with stunning and blinding.
