Look at the Stats Totals.
Count with 80%, the another 15% dont appear because is includeed in masteries.
I sayid, my english is not 100%, you guys arent going to understand what im writting XD

The runes are flat penetration, not percentage =o You should include more of your strategies so we can know your specific playstyle and what works
