It's not a bad guide, but I find you do very little damage compared to other builds I've tried for Heimer. I haven't gotten far enough in a game to complete this entire build yet, but so far it doesn't beat my regular build. :S

It's a very nice guide. It's great for kiting purposes, which i usually prefer to do.
It's quite easy to annoy enemies by placing both turrets at their spawning base and spamming rockets and grenade at them constantly, they cant heal fast enough if you do it correctly.

i dont really agree with ur build, ur saying final build will be 15% cooldown, but with masteries will be 30% and with ultimate will be a max of 40% (50 if 40 wasnt the max). so boots os lucidity not a good choice, cause u will exceed the max of cooldown reduction. boots for magic pen will always be a better choice in this case.

Good guide m8!But i prefer sorcerer's boots cause he has 20 cooldown reduction by his own.Magic penetration is more usefull for your turrets!Your turrets benefit a lot from magic penetration.That 20 more cdr won t do that much of work.Again good guide.

your cons are all intentional parts of the game.
-turrets targeting is completely random, they WILL target champions attacking you
-grenade has two great cc's, use it close to you for instant effect
-his rockets attack the three closest targets, get close to the champs or make sure there are
ONLY 3 targets, then you never miss

good job being the first guide aside of my own to include boots of lucidity over sorcerer's, a wise choice
