Spell Pen doesn't work like that at all. The starting MR for most champs is thirty. That means if you have 20 Magic Reduce (Abysall specter), they have 10 MR, which in turn means they take 23/30 * 10 = 7.6% reduced damage (idk if my formula is right, using common sense) meaning your turrets do 76 damage instead of 104.

i do and totally agree with ur CD problem although tbh 95% most of time you wont reach your 6th item not just to dawn on this but im not really interested in the CD im more interested in the mass armor and 20% slow aura it gives.

i do see how you think spell pen is insanely great??? but in my eyes its not going off most games the average person has around 100 spell resistance armor?? i think my mathematic is correct in saying 100 x 15% = 15damage so basically your gettint 15 extra damage which is jus useles for heimer.

also i have respec i did see some minimizing and maximizing being done. plz let me know what you think

You have over the cap for cooldownreduction. Your ult gives 20%, you talanets give 3% the shield gives 15% and the Frozen Heart gives 25%. The cap is 40%. so your 23% over what you need.

That means that you could drop the 4 masteries since your not getting the 15% spell pen (dont ask me why your not doing that). You could take 1 out of the damage reduction and up your damge by more then 20% just by getting the %spell pen, but ok...

Overall you have not min/maxed your items or your masteries. You could realy tweek this build to be much better.

I would go read the post on hybrids about how AP and Spellpen work and you will see the big difference in your play.
