I Was thinking about going rageblade on zed what are your thoughts on this?

This depends on what boots you buy, but in most cases you are going to want to complete them second. If they are heavy on CC then getting mercury treads second is worth it. However, if you have enough for a completed item, do not delay that by buying boots. If you don't get tier two boots by at least third item then you are delaying it to long. As for tier one boots just buy them whenever you have a spare 300 gold.

When do you decide on buying and completing boots?

If it works for you more power to it! I personally believe that penetration is much superior if you are referring to just the marks.

Sometimes full damage in runes seems to work better for me. Same for his W passive and general burst. I don't know why but I guess I somehow prefer it to penetration.

There is no way to build Zed optimally every single game, since you are going to be in a different match up than the previous lane. Make sure to change your build based match ups which you can read further in the guide. If you want a build that works in most cases build the the items in the (final build section) in that order.

What is the the build order

This can be viable if you REALLY need to stay away form bad match ups like Cho'Gath and others. Having another independent ability is really good yes, but procing thunderlords and the slow on E are very important to landing Q. Also you can deal more damage quickly with E, but if this works better for you then more power to it!

How about going Q third again? Like Q-W-Q-E :) Whats your opinion on that? It gives a ton of damage, but does not proc the thunderlords.
