Hello, I am CEVOOO. I am an avid LoL player and my favorite champion is taric. I am currently at 1750 Elo, but for privacy reason I will not provide my summoner name.

Flat mana runes are REDIC for taric. This will let you get 1 more stun off, or 1 more heal, or keep up your ult for like 2 more seconds in lane! This may seem irrelevant, but that is a big deal. I cannot stress enough how all of the pros run flat mana runes on taric.

Magic pen reds just for shatter harass in lane.

Since we are running flat mana runes, we have zero mana problems. This allows us to spec into the offensive tree and do some mega DPS.

You MUST rush 2 archangels every game, sometimes 3. This will give you a huge mana pool so you can keep your ult at all times.

Also all of your skills scale with AP, so why not get as much as possible right?

Deathcap gives you hella AP, while nashors + tomb gives you max CD reduction. Nashors also gives you much needed attack speed, which procs your passive.

Pretty standard skill order.

Ghost is pretty OP right now, so you should just run it on everybody. Ignite is for lane dominance. Use it at LVL 1 as soon as you can to get that extra 10 ap from the mastery. This is crucial to winning the lane as it intimidates them.

Take as much cs as you can with shatter. Your lanemate can fight for cs because our build is pretty expensive.

Heal yourself most of the time, unless your carry really needs it. You should stun the FIRST enemy that comes into your range because the CD is pretty short. Try to follow your stun with an ignite if you can.
