BTW, gold per 5 isn't the best choice for him. You may get that extra 300 gold, but it just doesn't make an impact as much as penetration or flat ap quints do....

Why gold gaining ruins? it would be much more worth it for mana regeneration or mana ruins because teemo is a mana hungry character the way you made him
Also im wondering why you made him have the mastery Good Hands. That 1 point, even being 1 point, should have been put in a different mastery.
Anyway i think that it works great and continue making builds that work!
2 thing; very very mana hungry and with no mana regen items in the build that is a problem
