Well shewt looks like i goofed on this one. (jus did a quick google and searched it)

I couldve sworn that i read that it was percentile first. Anyway its not that big a deal it jus means that this kid is partially right, with percent penetration flat penetration becomes worth jus a lil bit less. still, damage is damage. and it still outclasses flat ad in the lategame

Well i'm here to inform you that ARpen does indeed scale with LW. It will ignore 40% first and then apply any other arpen you have accumulated via items or runes

EX.
target has 100 armor
and you have say 21 Arp (6 from masteries 15 from t3 reds)
it will apply arpen in the following order 40%>21

so it will apply 40% first thus reducing the effective armor of the target to 60 THEN it will apply the 21 ArP making the final effective armor of the target to 39

Well i'm here to inform you that ARpen does indeed scale with LW. It will ignore 40% first and then apply any other arpen you have accumulated via items or runes

I did not do the theorycrafting when what runes are superior I only go AD runes bc of that better synergy (or to say better bc of the worse lol) from ArP bc I really like LW on AD carrys. Might change though IDK.♠

Armor Pen runes doesnt scale well with your Last Whisper. AD Runes will let you win DMG Trades early AND let you win the Lategame anyway.

Tiamat is fail. When you get this when your fed you just wasted 2k gold and gave the enemy the opputunity to catch up by not buying useless items.


AD Quints are marginally worse once you get full build on an AD carry, but AD quints are superior early, and ArP reds are superior all game, maybe falling behind at level 1-4 by a little bit.

AD reds aren't that good to be honest.
