Hello, I'm currently a gold annie player, my win rate currently is at 68.2%(As I'm writing this)I've been maining annie for a while now and I think she is busted if you can play her right.

Generally I always run flash and ignite, however their are some matchups that would be better with other spells. For example run exhaust against someone like Talon or Syndra. Or you could run cleanse against cassiopeia or perhaps syndra depending on how confident you are in your skillshot dodging. However by not running ignite you loose alot of your kill pressure.

Team play is very easy on Annie in my opinion as you have 2 options. Option 1 peel for your ad carry by bursting whoever goes on them, or option 2 go for a flash r w q ignite combo trying to kill their backline.

Last hit with Q, if they're pushing the wave in W the wave then pick of the creeps with your q. After the first couple of levels csing under turret becomes very easy as 1 shot for the tower followed by a Q should kill a caster minion. 2 shots followed by a Q should kill a melee minion.

Max Q then W put points into your R every time you can, then max e finally.

At 6 all in, either flash or straight up use R(With the stun)then W Q Ignite. This should kill them depending on your opponent, however it's at your discretion to know when to all in.
