If you think you haven't enough Cooldown Reduction, you can replace your " Void Staff " by " Deathfire Grasp ".

For more ability power replace your " Void Staff " by an other " Archangel's Staff ".

Skill Sequence

I chose to privilege " Lucent Singularity " because " Light Binding " serves to block the enemy and burn him for then use your Ultim when he has 1/4 or 2/4 health points.

Also, you use all your skills to weak the enemy before making the ultimate combo :
" Light Binding " + " Finales Funkeln "
