Pros:

These runes are designed to give you masimum cooldown reduction, allowing you to use your R and Q abilities as often as you feel like it, thanks to the negative cooldown time provided by the combination of these runes. Just used your R? Use it again and again until the entire enemy team has been disintegrated! The possibilities for this are endless:

You will never lose a teamfight!
You can solo Baron!
You will be able to repeatedly stun your enemies as they get away!!

In order to help your team work and dominate all the lanes several things are important:

Everybody on the team should listen to you!!!
You never feed, you are only deceiving the enemy
In order to help the game go as easily as possible, you must get all the kills!!
Whenever someone disobeys they are intentionally feeding the enemy team.
REMEMBER
Never trust your enemies OR your teammates!!

This build is the most OP build in the game and that is why its unique.

You have the unique ability to:

Pentakill 5 minutes in!!
Get 3v1 comebacks as soon as you enter your lane!!

This is why the build is so OP!!

Farm minions by using your ultimate due to the low cooldowns!
