to fast to handle.
the goal is to kill your enemy so fast he has little to no time at all to react. and if they do then you can easily outrun them.
iv played this setup many times and although im not the best at keeping myself out of harms way i also never lose the enemy when they run. even rammus couldn't keep up with me on many occasions.
