Hey guys, this is my guide for Riven, The Exile. hope it would help you a lot, she's a really a fun champion to play and really underrated, most players thinks she's bad and judge her by some bad players, but she's really good if you get used to her combos she can easily bring down squishes and also escape easily with her skills which makes a great combination, again she's really good if she was in the right hands.

My runes goes for armor penetrations mark and quints of course for dealing more damage and bursting down enemies, and CD glyphs to get more combos faster thats also why i get brutlizer it helps a lot, and magic resist seal per level because i always like to have some extra magic resist to help me later in game

My masteries are on the offensive part and a bit defensively to give Riven a bit of armor or magic resist early game, it kinda helps so thats the way my masteries for her are.

I always start my build with Dorans blades, for the extra health and of course damage and lifesteal, after i farm a bit i go grab a boat and if possible i try to rush building up Wriggles lantern, it really is a decent item for her, however late game you should replace it with a blood thirster because it does way more late game, after i build Wriggles i rush Brutlizer the cooldown and the extra damage really helps her and of course late game you should upgrade it to Ghostblade, next i get her Hexdrinker it's really a great item on her and it scales with her nicely and of course his passive helps her survive in case she engaged and got low which will happen a lot with Riven, and the next items are the biggest which are trinity force and infinity edge which scale into a really good late game and make you as some would call it OP, this is mostly the way i build her so far i really enjoy playing her this way and it went on really good with me in most of the games and my best with that build was 33/0/10 it's really good for her i think.

As for skills i like to get her Q 1st for sure and max it out after her ultimate ofcourse, and i always get one point in the W for the stun affects, and max Q and E 1st, it helps more to engage with your E 1st then try to get your W to stun and do the rest with your Q and it will lead to a massive amount of damage specially if you have your ultimate which would give you more range on your skills and more damage, Of course it takes a bit of time to get used to her combo and the most important thing is to know your limits in riven knowing that you would go in and you can go out alive dealing some damage.

I always take for her Flash of course no discussion there, and either Exhaust which greatly scale with her for her chasing or escaping of course but i'd rather using it for chasing, or Ignite which also one of my favorite spells and i use it with riven with her ultimate to get insure a kill, Ghost can be effective on her as well

So far Riven has been one of my favorite champions in game along side Lee sin and Vayne, she's one of the champions that you would just have fun playing her and enjoy kicking some butts, hope that this guide helped at a point, it's so far the best build i've found for her, any advice or ideas i would love to read them, and thanks for reading.
