Not Updated For Current Season

Ok so I build Teemo as an all around kinda guy. He has really good attack speed, quite good AP late-game, and pretty damn good damage as well. You're still pretty squishy with this build, but with move quick you should be able to run away from most sticky situations, and you have flash anyway. This is my second build, as my first one didn't seem to be getting too many views, so I hope this one serves you better! :D Also please comment and leave suggestions and tips.
I take the seals of evasion because the 6.75 dodge chance might not seem like alot, but it really helps alot more than you would think.I take attack speed marks and ability power glyphs to help my build overall, as these are the primary elements that I'm focusing on.
I build a 21-0-9 mastery build. This is because in the offense section, you get magic penetration, armor penetration, mastered exhaust for chases or escapes, and the rest of the basic stuff. In the utility section, you get a bit of potential to outlane others with your bit of HP/MP regen, extra xp, and the improved buffs because Teemo can be a beast jungler late-game with his shrooms.
I get malady right after berserker's greaves as this just makes your toxic shot do more on every hit, as it lowers magic resistance. With these two items, you'll have a pretty decent attack speed as well. This only gets better as you get nashors tooth, and it also starts to give you some useful AP. Rageblade makes you really hard to kill 1v1, along with your blind. Deathcap makes your shrooms start to be a real nuisance, and you will probably get a few kills with them if you know the right spots. And finally, bloodrazor. This gives you great damage and will bring you up to 2.5 attack speed with a few hits from the rageblade.
I find blind is the most useful right away so that you can.. well, blind people. Toxic shot isn't powerful enough to really do any huge amounts of damage here. As soon as I get my malady, I start levelling toxic shot alot. This is because malady lowers the enemies' magic resistance with each attack, so the more you attack, the more your toxic shot will do while the other team is running away from you. I only get move quick 1 rank early on because I find just the 1 rank works fine in terms of running away until the late game, where you're really fast anyways.
I choose flash and ghost just for chasing and escaping. They can both be used while running after or away from someone, or you could even exhaust and solo a tank :D.
