This build is still viable I use a only slightly changed version to great effect.

Summoner Spells of Ignite+Flash

Quints: Fortitude
Glyphs: Shielding
Seals: Resilience
Marks: Insight

My build order for items is,
Phage
Ninja Tabi
Frozen Mallet
Atma's Impaler
Sunfire Cape
Rylai's Crystal Scepter

Before Old Jax goes, im not gonna lie it was pretty fun to troll dominion with this guide when i got bored tryharding with my build. The idea of doing this on Jax is gonna be ruined now that his old passive will be gone, but it definitely deserved +1

Thanks for all your replies :)

I will add the Rylai´s Part right away as an alternative for some people.

Also will I add a more serious build, which is unusual I would say: You´ll see ;)

One more thing, consider adding Rylai's Crystal Scepter to this build. It builds from Giant's Belt and is a great item on Jax and many other champions who could do this build.

Just did this build with Jax, built Tabi -> Atma -> Belt -> Belt -> Mallet -> Belt and we won just as I was about to buy a Bilgewater Cutlass. My final stats were 7/11/7, 8 towers captured and 9 neutralized, 3rd place in team with ~1350 points. My whole team refused to cooperate so in the beginning I went solo bot against a Xin Zhao who kicked my ***. I was doing pretty bad until the Frozen Mallet, then I suddenly found myself able to 1v1 absolutely anyone on their team with 20% hp left. If the game hadn't ended, putting together the Bilgewater Cutlass would have made me invincible. My whole team still hated me. Trolololo lololo lololo! I think I'm going to start doing more troll builds on different characters. Thanks!

I had to test it, to see how it works...

well...we won, me in first place XD..
it worked very good, except at the beginning...maybe it was just me, but i had 1/7 till i got warm ;)
after that, i had my hammer rdy and it was k XD...scored nearly a penta with this build^^

+1...will try it on other champs (mostly casters, for the extra troll :D)

Thy for your reply.

Most likely this build needs to be shut down in the next time too..

Still this build just was aimed towards pointing at the misery Dominion is facing.

Most likely there are just AD Champions over there, you do not see any AP Champs there (Sometimes yeah, but not often).

Why is this so:

AP Champs most likely are great in early to midgame. In normal game they are just dominating any Melee AD Champ in the beginning of a match.
But two factors make AP-Champs bad in Dominion:

1 - Team

A good mage is nothing without his team. He is vulnerable, he got low life and most likely is just able to burst someone down.
But when the enemy survives the burst it most likely takes 10 Seconds till you can burst him again. In this time the teammates are supposed to deal the damage.
In Dominion there is one problem with this:
Most fights are 1v1.
It won´t happen to often, that you will have a supporter on your side, when fighting e.g. Tryndamere.
He will just kick your ***, and most likely: You can´t change it.

2 - Early Game Dominance

As said before, AP-Chars are great Early/Mid Game chars.
But when the time comes and we meet the Endgame they can just pwn when they are good farmed or fed.
In Dominion you won´t farm that much (Most likely not at all) and kills just grant 1/3 of the gold you gain in normal.
So in the end, everyone will be somewhere at the same gold level (Maybe 2k more or less)
But telling the truth:
A Tryndamere with 15k gold is much more frightening, thant an Annie with 15k. When Annie hasn´t got some decent armor and a farmed stun, Tryndamere will just burst her away.
And even when she comes to kill him, he can still use his ulti to survive.

This problem with AP - Chars is a misery. Most likely they are useless.

I like the idea Riot had, when making Dominion, but in the end it is just unbalanced and boring. Any Earlygame champ is unusable and any LateGame champ shines as bright as the sun.
I don´t want sth. like this in League of Legends. Stop, full stop, finish!

I will also add this in the guide, so everyone can read this.
