Firstly, stacking HP on Xin won't help much if you don't have the MR and Armor to back it up. Here you have some okay MR but not enough Armor, any physical carry will rip you a new hole in no time.
Also, if you're getting Warmogs/Frozen Mallet, getting Atmas is almost a must. That gives you the Armor you lack with this build, along with Crit Chance, and a nice extra 80 Attack Damage from the 2% bonus.
Only 10 Arpen means you lose a lot of the potential burst your Ult would give you with a little more. Arpen really stacks well with Xin, this is why I get Ghostblade.
Going 0/21/9 means your DPS takes a severe hit, and given that you haven't got any Armor, and your MR isn't outstanding either, you're not going to be much of a tank either, even with such high HP.
To add to this, I think every build needs more than just the basic items/runes/masteries filled out. You should add some content to the guide, such as why you got the items/runes/masteries you got. If you add some good content, and rethink the build a little I'll happily change this to an up vote :)
