Again, I'd like to remind everyone that this is not a serious build. It's just a funny exploit. It could work with almost any champion as long as they have the same summoner spells, runes, 21 in defense masteries, and Ruby Crystal as their first item.

So let's get down to it. What is the point of this build? Well, some champions have skills that scale with their hp (in this case, Tough It Out and Crimson Pact). By exploiting Preservation 's bonus 400 hp, you can become the tankiest champions at level 1.

What you do is, you run into the enemy jungle. Wait for 30 second minions spawning mark, or wait until they spawn if you're paranoid. Run into the inner turret and suicide. Now buy your Ruby Crystal. Run to your lane if you waited for 30 mark or Teleport if you waited for the minions to spawn. With combined bonuses of Preservation , Ruby Crystal, runes, and masteries, you have a bonus of 809.41 HP.

1,250.41 HP at level 1. Tough It Out deals + 132.041 damage and has 9% lifesteal. Try to get harassed a lot, because the enemy gets overconfident and doesn't realize your actual health. Berserker Rage will help you a lot here.

1,209.41 HP at level 1. 20.83525 at level 1. Transfusion deals 82.50115 damage and heals 22.7088125 HP.

Similar to original except that you get Elxir of Fortitude instead of Ruby Crystal.
