Teemo is a noob friendly champion, and he can go AP as well as AD. He is very affective in laning, and his mushrooms make great wards, and escape routes. Also the build i use is highly crit dmg + atk speed making its as simple as right clicking your target and grabbing kills. Also teemo is very self explanitory, as his skills are straight to word and is simple to master teemo.

for runes i grabbed crit dmg on on marks and quintineses cause it gives u a good 33% crit dmg which givs u basically heavy dmg with this 85% crit chance items + 2% from masteries.(Basically you crit hard and burst dmg)

and seals and glyph i grabbed atk speed which helps u dramatically in laning for last hits and is outstandingly effective with the on hit effect from posion darts.

for my build, i start with dorans blade for some dmg output and the bonus health is very important because teemo is very fragile. the 2nd 1 just helps you more into the early game but if your struggling with gold skip the 2nd one and grab your boots fast because the atk speed from it is needed. then i go for the crit items, phantom, edge, phantom and these are your core items. this is what gives you teemo's awesome atk speed, crit chance, crit dmg passive from edge, and dmg. then your bloodthirster is needed late game when people start getting thornmails and lastly your madreds also helps you pierce through the tough tank opponents. Then you just buy consumables as you have maxed out your build. Also i would recommend getting a frozen mallet over madreds if the other team is squishy to secure more kills with the slow effect

i grab flash + ghost for great chasign and escaping, although i get over 500 movement speed with double phantom and move quick. it is still important for early game and those special moments.

I recommend exhaust or ignite as well but it all depends on your play style.

***Keep farming early game***
Stay back in team fights
shroom your jungle for escape routes and enemies jungle for those runners who escape
always shroom dragon and baron
and keep it safe in lane as you are very fragile, like a tea pot

Pros very fast champ, high dmg, great last hitter or farmer.
Cons very fragile, always targeted first, not the strongest champ early game.

you must work well with your team to cordinate ganks and shroom all lanes so all your teamates are safe from ganks, and escape routes

The unique skill on teemo is the blinding dart it really is effective although it wont crit and you may find it a waste, but that 2.5sec of blinding can really make another ad carry useless.
