im a new leage of legends player (ive been playing for about 4 months) and i have taken a quick liking to katarina. sure im new and might not know what im talking about but just give my guide a try and if i have failed or made any mistakes please tell me what i can do to inprove my game.

i have chosen boots and 3 health pots becouse al you really want is to get to lvl 6 as quick as possible. harass with bouncing blade and farm/stay in exp range untill you feel confident enough to try for a kill. on your first go back you want to get sorc shoes at the very least and work on your revolver.kat has no sustainability and the revolver will go along way.

by now you've hopefully got your gunblade and are working on either your bloodthirster(if their team is letting you get in close without too much hassle) or will of the ancients(if your not confident about going in or they are focusing you down) then work on the other.when you do have these items you should harass untill they are at about 1/3 or even 1/4 health and then go in for the kill. but be warned if they outnumber you or you are low on health dont even bother trying to fight or it will get you killed. if you are playing kat right you will be a force to be feared at this point

if the game does go on for this lnong satart working on your deathcap and a second bloodthirster. these items are just the the ones i prefer you can take other items if that is what you like eg. rylai's scepter or a warmogs if you want. the big point at thistime in the game is to stick with your team and try to get full stacks on your bloodthirster if you can.

with kataring you have a small bag of tricks at yor disposal. your shunpo will telleport you to any minion, champion, neutral monster or ward. this is great for getting in and out of battle, escaping ganks and just being anoying to the other team. you also have your death lotus, if you are ever ganked and want to try turn the tables use your ult and let your spell vamp do the rest untill you can shunpo to a minion or your team comes in to help.
